Engagement and behaviour change
Our view
Employees need to be excited about your sustainability programme for it to succeed. Poorly presented sustainability initiatives fall flat, or at worst, undo the value of all the work behind them.
So often in the world of sustainability, it falls to an engineer to communicate a particular sustainability measure – with all the jargon that implies – losing the audience along the way (and it’s just as bad when an untrained person tries to explain how that new boiler works).
Our clients trust Carbon Smart to find a positive focal point that the different parts of their organisation can gather around to move forward.
We provide a full suite of face to face, distance and online training. Clients have worked with Carbon Smart to:
Training and capacity building
Our view
Stepping up to the plate of sustainability requires getting cleverer – if it didn’t, organisations would be doing it anyway. We need to build the capacity of our people on topics from sustainability reporting to behaviour change.
Rarely do organisations get the opportunity to communicate with their staff about a more positive issue than sustainability.
Our clients come to us for lively, interactive training sessions based on a firm understanding of the realities of their work, where staff see the value of the learning outcomes before they happen, and come away happy that the outcomes have been delivered.
