With an emphasis on lean working and continual service improvement, Kirsty’s core motivation has always been to improve the client experience, regardless of industry.
Working at Carbon Smart enables Kirsty to combine her motivation to provide first-rate service with her keen interest in sustainability. Her experience in leading large scale operational change management projects means she understands the challenges clients may face when launching sustainability efficiencies.
Kirsty believes that the key to Carbon Smart’s success is understanding clients’ data fully.
