British Property Federation
The British Property Federation (BPF) sustain and promote the interests of all those who own and invest in property in the UK. The BPF have developed the landlord’s energy statement (LES) as a tool that enables landlords and managing agents to get to grips with the energy that is used, and the carbon dioxide that is emitted, in providing communal services in their buildings. The BPF have also developed the Tenants Energy Review (TER) to support tenants in capturing and monitoring energy consumption. Carbon Smart have partnered with the BPF to promote the use of LES-TERs amongst landlords and tenants.
